The team’s been working really hard to get more units out, and update every facet of the Enophone experience. It’s been a while since we’ve shared an update – we wanted to ensure we had a concrete timeline we could trust before setting expectations.

We’re excited to show you our latest progress over the past months, and announce what’s to come. You can view the whole update on Eno's blog. Enjoy!

We are shipping Batch 4 of Enophones to every Kickstarter backer with order # below 3,600 starting the week of August 30th. Due to component shortages, Batch 5 will be shipping all remaining pre-orders by December 2021.

v0.4.3 of Enowork will be out in the coming days with improved stability. Meanwhile, the software team is preparing release v0.5.0, which will include major robustness improvements, a new session page and focus level, automatic tracking, and a new onboarding. Look for this release in a few weeks, alongside Batch 4.

Enowork V0.4 update

Hey Backers!

Many of you have started receiving your headphones from Batch 3 – we couldn’t be happier to hear your excitement! The hardware team is continuing to work on shipping more units every week. We’ll share more details on timelines for Batch 4 in our next update.

For now, this is an interim post to answer some questions we’ve been getting, and add a bit of context to those who have received their Enophones.

We released the new Enowork app V0.4 yesterday! You can download it on our website at Enophone.com/getstarted. 

We've also added a new technical support contact. For technical questions with Enophone or the Enowork app, please email [email protected] to speak directly to our technical team. For anything else, including order tracking, please use [email protected]. 

We've received comments about our iOS app because of a notification iPhones show when pairing an Enophone. Please disregard this message - Eno does not currently have an iOS app, only desktop apps. 

Finally, we've received comments about issues with the status indicator. If you've had this issue, please read the full update for details.

Hey Backers!

Today’s update is a very exciting one for us, as we get to share with you pictures from our latest Enophone production run of Batch 3. After so much hard work, this is a monumental milestone.

Production of Batch 3 went great – we are shipping them as we speak! See the full update for pictures, and a more detailed shipping timeline.

We will be getting started on Batch 4 (all remaining pre-orders) as soon as we complete our retrospective analysis on the recent batch. We will have more to share in our next update regarding the timeline for these units.

In parallel to Batch 3, we’re releasing a major update to Enowork to include automatic tracking, an updated onboarding, and more. This will be available for download later this month.

Hey Backers!

We’re well through March, and the team is hard at work building the next batch of Enophones. We can’t wait to ship them out in April.

This update will be shorter than usual, focusing on our timeline and next steps. Enjoy!

We’re still on schedule to ship 2,500 units in Batch 3 in April. In parallel, we’re starting to prepare materials for Batch 4 soon after, which will ship Enophones to all remaining backers. We’re very excited about this major milestone, and can’t wait to ship everyone their Enophones!

In parallel, we’re currently alpha testing our SDK. Please read below if you’d like to participate in this testing.

Finally, we’re beta testing new Enowork features, and need your help. If you have your Enophone already, please read below and reach out to help with the testing!

Hey Backers! 

With 2021 kicked off, the Eno team has been working hard to get your units out the door. In this update, we’ll be running through our progress on the latest batch, and our timeline for the next.

The latest batch of 250 units (Batch 2B) has shipped, and everyone in this batch should have received their tracking numbers. 

In January we were able to fix several small production issues that we identified from this latest batch. As a result, we’re now ready to move to our larger mass production batches. The next batch of 2500 units (Batch 3) will begin manufacturing this month after Chinese New Year, and will be fully assembled in April. 

We’ve also released version 0.2.0 of the Enowork app with several improvements to check out! 

We're very excited to have shipped this latest batch of Enophones, and can't wait to ship the next!
